In this video, we show you the necessary steps to perform a system calibration of an Ocean Optics spectrometer with a DH-2000-Cal. The DH-2000-CAL Deuterium Tungsten Halogen Calibration Standard is a UV-NIR light source used to calibrate the absolute spectral response of a radiometric system. For more information on Ocean Optics calibration light sources visit www.oceanoptics.com/Products/dh2000cal.asp
In part two of our NeoFox tutorials, we show you how to perform a two-point calibration. In this example we will be using Nitrogen as the Zero percent Oxygen standard, and room air as our second standard at 20.9% Oxygen. If you have not setup your NeoFox software, please view the first video in the series for help doing so. For more information, visit www.oceanoptics.com/Products/neofox.asp
Step by step tutorial for radiometric calibration of an Ocean Optics spectrometer using an integrating sphere. Users will have a calibrated system ready for taking measurements at the end of this video.
